At Midwest Center for Youth & Families, we understand how hard it is for families who are trying to find treatment for their child. We want to make sure that we are the right fit for you and your loved one.

For admission to our program, we look for the following:

  • Males ages 12–18, Females ages 10-18
  • Emotional, behavioral or psychiatric challenges that impact your youth’s functioning in the home, school and community
  • History of past treatment, which may include acute/inpatient and/or outpatient treatment
  • IQ of 75 and above

Our Intake Department’s goal at assessment is to gather as much information as we can to fully understand each child’s needs. The information we request will likely include your child’s recent treatment history, testing or evaluations and a list of currently prescribed medications.

Our no-cost assessments are confidential to parents and referral sources. They are typically completed Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.

Treatment funding options include TRICARE®, most major health insurance, Indiana Medicaid and private pay.
